Maintenance Contract for Electrical and HVAC Systems.

Description

Eskom is inviting tenders for the provision of electrical, air conditioning, generator, and UPS maintenance services for the Gauteng Cluster. This is on an as-and-when-required basis for a duration of 5 years. The tender was issued on May 27, 2026, and closes on June 25, 2026.

Requirements

• Must not be under restriction from Eskom or State-Owned Companies.
• Must not have nationality of a country on any international sanctions list.
• Joint venture agreement must state parties are jointly and severally liable.
• Must not have a conflict of interest.
• Must not be restricted by National Treasury or on the Tender Defaulters list.
• Must not sub-contract 100% of the Scope of Work.
• Must meet the threshold for functionality scoring.
• Must have a CIDB contractor grading of 6EB or higher.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Submit proof of meeting contractual requirements prior to contract award.
• Provide valid proof of the required CIDB grading designation.
• Submit ECSA/SACPCMP/CVs/permits/licenses/registration documents (if applicable).
• Mandatory CSD Registration (CSD number/CSD Report) required before bidding.
