The City of Mbombela invites professional valuers to submit quotations for property valuation services. The project involves inspecting and assessing approximately 220 properties within the municipality’s lease portfolio to determine current market rental values. The successful service provider will provide valuation certificates and market reports in line with International Valuation Standards to assist the city in renewing its lease agreements.
