Description
This tender is for appointing a service provider to help Mogale City Local Municipality implement the amended GRAP 104 requirements for three years. The service provider will need to assess current financial processes, develop GRAP 104-compliant solutions, train staff, and prepare financial statement disclosures. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 29 May 2026. The closing date is 17 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD Registration Report or Summary Report required before bidding.
- Two reference letters confirming successful GRAP 104 or IFRS 9 implementation.
- Valid proof of Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model license or authorized distributor certificate.
- Project Manager CV: CA(SA) certificate and minimum 5 years experience.
- Two Project Accountants CVs: CA(SA) qualifications and minimum 3 years experience.
