Description
Beaufort West Municipality is seeking a service provider for the support and maintenance of the Administrator Document Registration System (Version 1.5.0.1). The work will take place in Beaufort West. The contract period is set for one year, starting from 01 July 2026 until 30 June 2027. The project involves ensuring the system remains operational and supported throughout this term. The tender will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference points system, where 80 points are allocated for price and 20 points for specific goals. Bids must remain valid for 120 days after the closing date of 12 June 2026.
