Description
This tender involves the construction of tank stands, installation of rainwater goods, and water tanks at various schools within the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality in the Eastern Cape Province. The Mvula Trust is managing the project on behalf of the Eastern Cape Department of Education. The contract duration is 12 weeks.
Requirements
- CIDB registration of 4GB or higher.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin.
- Certificate of Good Standing with Workman Compensation Commissioner (COIDA/FEM).
- Central Supplier Database Registration Report.
- Contract manager: 3-year built environment qualification, 5 years building experience.
- OHS officer registered with SACPCMP.
- Foreman with at least 5 years experience in building.
- Subcontract 25% to local subcontractor: CSD report, share certificate & CK documents.
