Description
The State Information Technology Agency (SITA) invites bids for the procurement of 244 Adobe Acrobat Pro Edition licenses for the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness. The contract will span a period of two years. The software must be compatible with Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS Ventura 13.7.2 or newer versions. Key deliverables include the provision of the latest English software version, access to PDF editing, encryption, and digital signature tools, and a 1:1 session with product experts via the Admin Console. The work will be delivered to 4 Dorp Street, Cape Town. A compulsory virtual briefing session is scheduled for 05 June 2026. Bids must be submitted by 23 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid OEM/OSM certification or back-to-back software distribution agreement
- Proof of registration and good standing with the Compensation Fund (COIDA)
- Valid B-BBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit
- Attendance at the compulsory virtual briefing session
