Description
This tender is for the provision of ICT services to the City of Mbombela for 36 months. The service provider will manage and maintain the municipality's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, computers, IP telephony, and software. The service provider must implement, support, and maintain all IT systems and services throughout their lifecycle.
Requirements
- Valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
- CSD Registration Full Report (not older than 30 days) required before bidding.
- Valid COIDA certificate required.
- Must be a certified partner with CISCO, MICROSOFT, and VMWARE.
- Rates and Taxes Clearance from local authority or Tribal Authority required.
