Description
Statistics South Africa (Stats SA) is seeking a service provider to supply prepaid digital airtime and SMS notification services for a four-month period. The work involves loading airtime in Rand value across all major networks (MTN, Vodacom, Telkom, and Cell C) without using physical vouchers. The provider must manage digital loading, provide detailed transaction reports, and resolve any loading faults within three hours. Additionally, the service includes an SMS notification component. The project requires a robust Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery architecture. Invoices must be submitted within five working days of service delivery, and payment will be processed within 30 days. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 scoring system.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must possess valid Tax Compliance Status
- Must provide OEM certification where applicable
- Must provide three reference letters for bulk digital airtime services
