Description
CapeNature is seeking a professional security company to provide 24-hour guarding services at the Tweede Tol Campsite in the Limietberg Nature Reserve. The contract runs from 01 August 2026 to 31 July 2028. Key deliverables include site patrols, access control, and compliance enforcement using both Grade B and Grade C security personnel. The service provider must supply GPS-enabled patrol devices, non-lethal firearms, and a dedicated communication line. Guards are required to wear formal uniforms and be fluent in two official languages. The successful bidder must also participate in an on-site induction and provide daily patrol reports to CapeNature.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid PSIRA registration for company and personnel
- Valid NBCPSS registration and proof of good standing
- Public liability insurance of at least R1 million
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Accredited Level 1 First Aid and tactical defense training certificates
- Valid firearm competency certificates
- Proof of three completed projects or reference letters
- Valid Tax Compliance status
- CIPC company registration documents
