Description

Legal Aid South Africa is inviting proposals for the lease of office accommodation for its Ga-Rankuwa Local Office. The lease agreement will be for a period of up to five years, with the premises required to be ready for occupation by 01 May 2027. The office space must be between 393m² and 408m² and include eight secure parking bays. The building must be located in Ga-Rankuwa, preferably near public transport and courts. Key deliverables include a building that is accessible to people with disabilities, equipped with emergency power and water backup, and capable of supporting 25 employees with specific office, reception, and consultation areas. The landlord is responsible for external and common area maintenance, while the tenant handles internal cleaning and utilities. The successful bidder must also commit to refurbishing the space to meet corporate specifications, including partitioning, air-conditioning, and branding.
