Description
Lepelle Northern Water is seeking a service provider to supply and deliver various laboratory gases, including Argon, Helium, Nitrogen, and Synthetic Air. The work will take place at the Lepelle Northern Water Central Laboratory located at the Ebenezer Plant. This contract will run for a period of five years on an as-and-when-required basis. Key deliverables include the timely delivery of high-purity gases in 50-litre cylinders, providing a Certificate of Analysis for every batch, and supplying Material Safety Data Sheets for all products. The supplier must maintain strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project duration.
Requirements
- Registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD)
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Authorized letter of gas supply from the manufacturer
- Valid dangerous goods transport permits and Hazchem certifications
- Proof of vehicle ownership or valid lease agreements
- Proven service record for similar laboratory gas supply projects
- Proof of competency training for personnel handling hazardous gases
