Description
The Agricultural Research Council (ARC) seeks experienced service providers for a panel of Built Environment Specialist Services for all ARC offices for five years. The services include engineering design, building infrastructure technical support, and conducting structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering functions. A compulsory information session will be held on 25 May 2026. The tender closes on 15 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Status Pin or CSD number/report required before bidding.
- Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover of at least R2 million or letter of intent.
- Compliance with National Building Regulation Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, NEMA, SANS 10400.
- Recent and updated CSD report required before bidding.
- CIPC documents (not older than 3 months).
