Lease of Office Space for W&RSETA Limpopo Office

Description

This tender is for the appointment of a property owner or mandated property management company to provide leased office space for the W&RSETA Limpopo Regional Office. The office space should be in Bendor, Polokwane CBD, or surrounding areas. The lease duration is from March 1, 2026, to September 30, 2030, with a possible extension. The space should be 350m2 to 385m2, including a boardroom.

Requirements

• Valid SARS PIN or CSD number required before bidding.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
• Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
• Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECOC) not older than 2 years.
• Plumbing Certificate of Compliance (PCOC) not older than 2 years.
• Four reference letters confirming commercial leasing service experience.
• CVs of team with facilities management experience required.
