Description
The Free State Department of Social Development is inviting contractors to join a panel for infrastructure projects. This is a three-year framework agreement for work done on an as-needed basis. The scope includes new construction, renovations, repairs, and maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, and plumbing. Work will take place across the Free State province. The department is looking for contractors with expertise in general building, mechanical, electrical, fencing, plumbing, and fire protection services. There is no guaranteed amount of work. Once on the panel, contractors will be invited to quote on specific projects as they arise.
Requirements
- Valid CIDB registration (Grades 1-3) with CRS number
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Proof of financial capacity
- Valid OHS file and relevant safety qualifications
