Description
The National Lotteries Commission needs a service provider for moisture repair, treatment, and building repairs at their East London office. The work includes moisture assessment, treatment, building repairs, repainting, paving, and stormwater management. A compulsory briefing will be held on June 4, 2026, and the project is expected to last one month.
Requirements
- CIDB registration of 2GB and 1SN or higher.
- Valid Tax Clearance certificate required before bidding.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
- B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit required before bidding.
- NLC Compulsory Briefing Session Certificate.
