W&RSETA is seeking a property owner or mandated property management company to provide leased office space for its KZN Regional Office. The office space should be in Westville, Stamford Hill, Point Waterfront, or Umhlanga areas. The lease is from March 1, 2027, to September 30, 2030, with a possible extension. The space should be 650-750m2, including a 20m x 5m boardroom.
Requirements
- Valid SARS PIN, TCS Certificate, or CSD registration required before bidding.
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) required for property agents.
