Description
This tender is for the supply, development, customization, delivery, and implementation of an Expected Credit Loss (ECL) model according to GRAP 104 (Revised). The project will last for one year. The Mnquma Local Municipality issued the tender. Key deliverables include a customized ECL model, policy and procedure review, and assistance with financial statement updates. Requirements
- Company must have completed 3+ similar ECL model projects.
- Signed reference and appointment letters as proof of experience.
- Key staff must be employees of bidding company.
- BCom Honours/Actuarial Science Degree with professional body registration required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in ECL model implementation.
- Submit full CSD report (not older than one month).
- All parties in JVs must be CSD registered.
- Submit CK/Company Registration, ID copies, and Tax Compliance Status Pin.
- Certificate confirming no outstanding municipal debts (over 3 months).
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate required.
