Description

NTCSA seeks bids for office relocation services in the Eastern and Western Cape regions for 3 years, as needed. The tender, E2868NTCSAVOU, closes on June 11, 2026. Requirements

• Valid and current CSD Registration (CSD number/CSD Report) required before bidding.
• COIDA: Original certificate of good standing or proof of application required.
• Compliance with Employment Equity Act (proof required for designated Employers).
• ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Assurance plan required.
• Supply SABS approved staff protective wear uniforms/gear.
• Staff must be skilled and qualified as per Eskom User Specification Requirements.
• Staff must conform to Occupational Health and Safety Act 85/1993 and SHE Standards.
• Valid medical fitness certificate required.
• Contractor must develop a fatigue management plan.
• Conduct criminal and site clearance checks of employees.
• Key personnel require training, testing, qualification, and machinery certification.
• Contractor's safety file must be approved before work commences.
• System/process to manage vehicle access to site required.
• Vehicles must be roadworthy with valid licenses.
• Drivers require valid national license for the vehicle type.
• Driver requires level 1 first aid and basic fire extinguisher training.
• All drivers require valid medical fitness certificates.
• Tools and equipment require approved test/calibration documentation.
• Detailed PPE program for employees and sub-contractors required.
• Contractors shall comply with GSR 2 of the OHS Act.
• PPE must comply with relevant SANS standards.
• Scaffolding requires safety clearance and documentation per SANS 10085-1:2004.
