Description

The Office of Health Standards Compliance (OHSC) needs a company to support, maintain, and improve its current phone system and Health Ombud contact center for 12 months. The system includes NEC, Business Connect, Halo CRM, VSA Rampage, and Call Cabinet. The chosen company will ensure the system is always working and provide training on new software.

Requirements

  • Valid partnership letters from NEC, Call Cabinet, Halo, and VSA Rampage.
  • Reference letters demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Team members: 5+ years experience supporting relevant technologies.
  • Detailed CVs and proof of certifications for each team member.
  • POPIA-compliant agreement for external service providers processing personal information.
