Description
This tender is for the repair and refurbishment of the Tshiame Wastewater Treatment Works. The project is located in Tshiame, approximately 11 km west of Harrismith, within the Maluti-a-Phofung Local Municipality. The project includes civil, mechanical, and electrical work to restore the plant, which has been affected by theft and vandalism. The contract duration is three years, with an estimated construction period of 17 months. The closing date for submissions is 18th June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid CIDB grading of 7CE or higher required.
- CSD registration required for company and JV partners.
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) or PIN required from SARS.
- B-BBEE certificate from SANAS accredited agency or registered auditor required.
