Description
Prince Albert Local Municipality needs a service provider for construction health and safety services for the Odendaal Sport Facility upgrade in Prince Albert. The appointed agent will monitor the construction project to ensure the contractor complies with the OHS Act and Construction Regulations. The project is expected to start on 15 June 2026 and continue until 30 June 2027.
Requirements
- Valid SARS tax compliance status PIN required before bidding.
- Original municipal account/clearance certificate for water, electricity, rates, and taxes.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
- Certified copies of qualifications and professional registrations.
- Valid Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance required.
- Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (Pr CHSA) registration with SACPCMP.
- Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) required before bidding.
- Good standing with the Compensation Fund or licensed compensation insurer.
- Not listed on the Register of Tender Defaulters.
