Description
PRASA needs a company to supply, install, and maintain a 2-sided outdoor digital billboard (LED screen) at Umjantshi House in Braamfontein. This includes building the structure, electrical and data cabling, content management software, and a control system. The company will also provide a Digital Content Services Specialist as needed. The deadline for bids is June 17, 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration required before bidding.
- OEM accreditation for proposed LED screen and controller technologies.
- Proof of certified Structural Engineer.
- Proof of certified registered electrical contractor with valid CoC.
- B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required before bidding.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS Pin required before bidding.
- OEM documentation confirming partnership/reseller/distributor status.
- Three customer reference letters for billboard installation projects in the past 5 years.
- OEM certifications for key technical personnel.
