Lease of Office Space and Parking Near Kingsmead Stadium

Description

This tender is for the lease of office space and parking within a 6km radius north of Kingsmead Cricket Stadium. The space should be approximately 1100 square meters with at least 25 parking bays, for a period of three years. The office space should be available from 1 July 2026.

• Minimum property size: 1100m².
• Provision of 25 parking bays required.
• Compliance with NBR for disabled access required.
• Valid Lifts Certificate required (if applicable).
• Occupation Certificate from Local Authority required.
• Valid Electrical COC required.
• Fire Clearance Certificate from Local Authority required.
• Valid Air Conditioner Certificate required.
• Valid Plumbing Certificate required.
• A/B Grade Office Accommodation (SAPOA specifications).
• Proof of property ownership or leasing authority confirmation required.
• Tax Compliance Status PIN or original Tax Clearance Certificate required.
