Lease of Office Space for SITA Bhisho.

Description

SITA is seeking a service provider to lease a suitable office space in Bhisho for five years. The office space should be approximately 530m² with 30 parking bays. A non-compulsory virtual briefing will be held on 09 June 2026. The closing date for submissions is 23 June 2026.

Requirements

• Registered on National Treasury's CSD before bidding.
• SARS PIN or hard copy TCS certificate required before bidding.
• Separate TCS PIN/CSD registration for each party in consortia/JV/subcontractor arrangement.
• Approved building plans: minimum 530 m² office space and 30 parking bays.
• Valid building grading certification OR SAPOA letter OR approved Property Authority letter.
• Proof of building ownership OR management contract OR sublet approval letter.
• Valid COC for electrical work issued by a certified electrical contractor.
• Valid plumbing certificate from Plumbing Industry Registration Board licensed plumber.
• Compliance certificate from Local Authority regarding building standard (SANS 0400).
• Certificate from registered Installation Electrician (3 Phase) for future upgrades.
• Bidder contractors must be SAQCC registered as Refrigerant Gas Practitioner.
• Certificate from certified engineer as proof of 3 phase installation for upgrades.
• Latest quarterly rope testing certificate (Machinery Act) from certified lift inspector.
• Valid copy of certificate of occupation.
• Valid mechanical certificate of compliance confirming HVAC installation state.
