Description
The City of Tshwane is inviting bids for the supply and delivery of maintenance and gardening tools for eight Council-managed Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres located in Regions 3 and 6. The project aims to ensure these facilities remain safe, clean, and well-maintained. Key deliverables include the procurement, delivery, and off-loading of various items, such as gardening tools, power tools, plumbing equipment, and hardware supplies. All items must be new, durable, and fit for purpose. The successful service provider will be responsible for replacing any defective or incorrect goods at their own cost. The tender is valid for 90 days, and the closing date for submissions is 9 June 2026 at 10:00. Bidders are required to quote for all items listed in the pricing schedule to be considered for the contract.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Must provide municipal account statements for company and all directors
- Must provide audited financial statements for the last three years
