Description
W&RSETA seeks a property owner or management company to lease office space for its Gauteng South regional office. The office must be in Illovo, Killarney, Melrose Arch, Rosebank, or Central Sandton, with a lease from March 2027 to September 2030, potentially renewable. The space should be 650-750m2, including a boardroom, and ideally be a 'White Box' for custom fitting. The building must be A-Grade, compliant with regulations, and accessible to people with disabilities.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number required before bidding.
- Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration required before bidding.
- Registration with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) required.
- Mandate allowing the bidder to contract with W&RSETA required.
- Certificate of Occupation issued by the Municipality required.
- Electrical Certificate of Compliance (ECOC) not older than 2 years required.
- Plumbing Certificate of Compliance (PCOC) not older than 2 years required.
- Building construction certificate of completion required.
