Description
The City of Joburg Property Company (JPC) needs town planners for a panel. They will be hired as needed for three years. The work involves planning, designing, and managing land use to improve the city. Services include spatial planning reports, feasibility studies, and rezoning applications. No briefing session will be held.
Requirements
- SACPLAN registration required for at least one director.
- Valid SARS Tax Compliant Verification PIN required.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit required.
- CSD registration (under 30 days) with tax compliance proof required.
- Valid Professional Indemnity Insurance required.
- Valid registration with relevant statutory Professional Council (if applicable).
