Description
The Theewaterskloof Municipality invites tenders for the demolition of illegal structures and the relocation of residents on an ad-hoc basis. The project includes monitoring land to prevent illegal building, providing tactical security, and assisting law enforcement. Work will take place across the Theewaterskloof municipal area. Key deliverables include a 1.5-hour response time, the provision of 10-30 workmen, and the use of specialized demolition equipment and tactical security teams. Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status Pin
- Registered on Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Public Liability Insurance
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Valid PSIRA registration and certificate
- Operators must hold valid chainsaw operating certificates
- Minimum experience of three similar demolition projects
- Proof of equipment ownership or valid rental agreements
