FFP Cage Refurbishment at Majuba Power Station.

Description

This tender involves refurbishing Fabric Filter Plant (FFP) cages for Re-Bag 7 at Majuba Power Station. The work includes sorting, load testing, handling, transporting, refurbishing cages, manufacturing/refurbishing steel storage crates, waste disposal, and site maintenance. The completion date is August 3, 2028, with work starting August 3, 2026.

Requirements

• Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent).
• Updated B-BBEE verification certificate.
• Proof of verification record(s) (Security clearance) from SAPS or accredited supplier.
• Welding qualification for un-coded welders NQF level 4.
• Competent forklift driver with valid license.
• Registration with employment compensation commissioner and valid letter of good standing.
• First aid appointments trained to level 2, training provider registered under Act No. 37 of 2008.
• Valid medical fitness certificate for all drivers.
• Proof of CSD registration
• CIDB contractor grading of at least 7 CE
• Valid proof of the required CIDB grading designation.
• COIDA - Original certificate of good standing or proof of application.
