Description
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Transport is seeking a service provider to develop a new Service Delivery Model. The project will take place at the Department's Head Office in Pietermaritzburg. The successful bidder must analyze the current model, consult with stakeholders, and produce a final implementation plan. Key deliverables include a review report, a risk management plan, and a final draft of the new model. The project must be completed within one calendar month from the date of appointment. The service provider is expected to attend all project meetings and submit weekly progress reports throughout the duration of the contract.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Professional Indemnity insurance with minimum R160 million cover
