Supply and Installation of Pipes and Valves at Richards Bay.

Description

This tender is for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of mild steel pipes and butterfly valves at Berth 208 & 209 in the Port of Richards Bay for seven months. A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 04 June 2026. The closing date for submissions is 12 June 2026.

Requirements

• CIDB registration of 3 CE or ME or higher.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate and TCS PIN required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• Letter of Good Standing with the Workmen’s compensation fund.
• Site Supervisor: National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade test.
• Plumber/Fitter: Trade test certificate (Mechanical Fitter or Plumber).
• SHEQ Officer: NQF level 6 in SHEQ or SAMTRAC/HIRA certificate.
• Valid safety training and medical certificates for Contractor and Employees.
