Description
Legal Aid South Africa needs office space in Stellenbosch for up to five years. The space should be near courts and public transport, ideally a standalone building. It needs to be 641m² to 661m² with 17 parking spots. The building must follow all safety and accessibility rules and allow Legal Aid SA branding. The closing date is 30 June 2026.
Requirements
- CSD registration: active supplier, tax compliant, no restrictions required before bidding.
- Valid tax clearance certificate or CSD registration required before bidding.
- B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (consolidated for JVs).
- Electrical Compliance Certificate.
- Pests Control Certificate (valid within 12 months).
