Description
The uMzinyathi District Development Agency needs a valuer to evaluate biological assets for the 2025/2026 financial year. This includes dairy cattle (Holstein Friesian and Jersey, totaling 35). The valuer will compile an asset register, provide a valuation report as per GRAP 110, and ensure compliance with GRAP standards. Bids are valid for 30 days from the closing date, which is 01 June 2026.
Requirements
- Valid COIDA certificate in bidder's name, registered within the construction sector.
- Valid CIDB registration of at least 1CE (Civil Engineering works).
- SAICA or SAIPA registration with agricultural economics/accounting qualification.
- 5+ years livestock marketing/valuation experience with relevant agricultural/accounting qualification.
- Evidence of public sector asset verification & fixed asset register updates in last 5 years.
