Description
The Public Service Education and Training Authority (PSETA) invites professional printing companies to submit proposals for a 36-month contract to provide publication printing services. The successful service provider will be responsible for editing, layout, and printing various corporate documents, including Annual Reports, Strategic Plans, Sector Skills Plans, Career Guides, and newsletters. The work requires in-house printing capabilities, including surface, flexographic, and screen printing, with the ability to handle urgent requests and meet strict turnaround times. The project involves producing thousands of units, such as 3,000 Career Guides and 3,500 QR code cards. All work must be delivered to the PSETA as specified in the project briefs. The closing date for submissions is 7 June 2026 at 11:00.
Requirements
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Three reference letters for similar work completed between 2020 and 2026
