Description
This tender is for the Lukwethu Regional Water Supply and Surroundings – Phase 2 – Reticulation in Ward 28: Contract 12. The project is funded by the Municipal Infrastructure Grant (MIG). Requirements

- CIDB registration required before bidding.
- Valid CIDB registration (minimum 7 CE grading).
- Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Commissioner/Insurer (COID Act).
- Evidence of registration and good standing with a compensation insurer (COID Act).
- Registration and good standing with SARS (valid Tax Clearance PIN/Number).
- Not listed on Register of Tender Defaulters.
- No prior contract failures with written notice.
