Description
The Office of Health Standards Compliance (OHSC) is seeking a service provider for redundant internet services and SIP trunking. The project involves providing 200Mbps fibre and microwave connectivity, along with a 10Mbps SIP trunk for 30 concurrent calls. The contract duration is 12 months. Key deliverables include proactive network monitoring, monthly failover testing, and maintaining a 99% uptime service level agreement. The provider must also supply detailed implementation plans, network architecture diagrams, and technical training. This work will be performed for the OHSC to ensure reliable wide area network and voice communication services.
