Description
This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to perform hostel maintenance work at the Oudtshoorn Campus of South Cape TVET College. The work includes refurbishment and maintenance, such as epoxy floor coatings, ceiling repairs and painting, floor tiling, and door frame repairs. The contract must be completed within three working days.
Requirements
- Registered for compensation of injury on duty (Building Construction Class V).
- CIDB registration with general building (GB).
- Valid B-BBEE certification.
- CSD registration number.
- CIDB grading of 1GB or higher.
