Laboratory Biological Waste Removal and Disposal Services.

Description

This tender is for the removal and disposal of laboratory biological waste for uMngeni-uThukela Water (UUW) for five years. The service includes waste collection from laboratories in Pietermaritzburg (twice a week) and Richards Bay (once a week). The closing date is 29 May 2026.

Requirements

• CSD registration on National Treasury's Central Supplier Database required.
• Valid tax clearance verification PIN or CSD MAAA number required.
• Valid license for Health Care Risk Waste treatment required.
• Three reference letters from similar contracts (within last 10 years) required.
• Vehicles must be registered as dangerous goods vehicles.
• Drivers must hold valid PrDP-D licenses.
• Proof of minimum three drivers with valid PrDP-D licenses required.
• Proof of minimum two vehicles registered as dangerous goods vehicles required.
