Description
Transnet Port Terminals requires the supply and operation of two dust suppression water cannon spray trucks at the Richards Bay Dry Bulk Terminal. The service involves 24/7 operations, including spraying stockpiles and roadways to manage dust emissions. The contractor must provide qualified operators and equipment with a minimum 8,000-liter tank capacity and a 100-meter spray reach. The contract duration is two months. Transnet will supply the necessary fuel and chemicals for the trucks. All work must be performed in accordance with safety and operational directives at the port.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN
- Registered on National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Approved safety file
- Proof of medical fitness for all personnel
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Valid operator licenses for heavy equipment
