Provision of auctioneering services for g-FleeT Management.

Description

This tender is for providing auctioneering services to g-FleeT Management for three years. The successful bidder will manage vehicle and equipment disposal at regional offices including Durban, East London, Cape Town, and Bloemfontein. The bidder will advertise auctions, manage sales, and transfer auctioneering skills to g-FleeT officials.

Requirements

• Provide lease agreement or offer to lease for storage facility (minimum space specified).
• Provide 5 contactable references for auctions conducted in the past five years.
• Provide Bank Confirmation Letter of the bidder’s trust account.
• Provide proof of Fidelity Guarantee and Professional Indemnity Insurance Cover (Minimum of R10 Million combined).
• Registration with an auctioneering professional body (e.g., SAIA, SAPAA).
• Submit valid tax status pin.
• Submit Registration Documents of the business with CIPC OR Master of the High Court.
• Submit Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration summary report.
• Submit Certified ID Copies of company directors/members/shareholders (certified < 6 months old).
• Joint venture parties: submit individual CIPC, IDs, and tax compliance documents.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit with at least 51% black ownership.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit with at least 51% owned by women.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit with at least 51% owned by youth and IDs.
• Submit a valid B-BBE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit with at least 51% owned by people with disability.
• Submit municipal rates & taxes invoice or lease agreement; bidder must be in Gauteng.
