Description
The Gauteng Department of Human Settlements is establishing a panel of service providers for events management services over a 36-month period. The work involves end-to-end event planning, including venue hire, catering, audio-visual setup, branding, and social media management. Providers must also handle logistics like transport, guest speakers, and sign language interpretation. The project requires ensuring all events meet Joint Operation Committee (JOC) compliance. The contract will be awarded to a pre-approved list of suppliers, with individual projects assigned based on specific requirements. The closing date for submissions is 26 June 2026 at 11h00.
Requirements
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Minimum two years of signed financial statements
- Verifiable experience with reference letters and appointment documents
- Key personnel: NQF level 6 qualification and 5 years experience
