This tender is for general building maintenance services at ACSA airports for five years. The appointed contractors will form a panel to provide services, labor, parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance and capital projects. The service providers must be registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).
Requirements
- Company must meet specified CIDB grading requirements.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate required.
- Must have Tax Central Compliance Status or System PIN.
- CSD (Central Supplier Database) registration required.
- Professional registration with relevant Built Environment Councils/Bodies required.
