Description
The Mandela Bay Theatre Complex (MBTC) needs a service provider to develop, review, and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The work includes creating an SOP framework, process mapping, ensuring compliance, and managing documentation. The project must be completed within 30-60 working days.
