Description
The Ephraim Mogale Local Municipality is seeking service providers for four distinct projects. These include the maintenance of municipal ICT infrastructure, the supply of ICT hardware and peripherals, the planning of the 2026 State of the Municipal Address, and the co-sourcing of internal audit projects. All contracts span a 36-month period, except for the event planning project. Work will take place in Marble Hall. Bidders must meet minimum functionality scores of 70 points for the relevant projects. The municipality will apply the 80/20 or 90/10 preference point system for final evaluation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the relevant field
- Valid OEM accreditation and registered reseller status
- Valid catering, health and safety, and waste disposal certifications
- Valid professional body registrations
