Description
NERSA seeks a service provider for online legal publications for five years. The service provider must provide access to the publications for 10 user departments, training, and an account manager with three years of experience. A virtual briefing session will be held on June 1, 2026. The closing date is June 15, 2026.
Requirements
- Valid National Treasury CSD registration summary report required.
- Valid SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin Letter required.
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required.
- Provide proof of experience in similar services with references.
- Submit company registration documents from CIPC.
- Company must comply with UIF, COIDA, and PAYE requirements.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies required.
