Supply and delivery of equipment for SMMEs.

Description

This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to supply and deliver equipment for SMMEs. The service provider will purchase and deliver various types of equipment and materials to the uMngeni Municipality Howick-West Hall on a communicated date. The project is expected to be completed within one month. The closing date is 05 June 2026.

Requirements

• Submit valid Tax Clearance Certificate or CSD number before bidding.
• Consortia/JV: Each party must submit TCS certificate/PIN/CSD number.
• Provide proof of payment of municipal rates and tariffs.
• If leasing, provide lease agreement and landlord's payment confirmation.
• If no rates/taxes liability, submit SAPS commissioned affidavit.
• If not municipality registered, submit proof of address and SAPS affidavit.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database before bidding.
