Description
Foskor is seeking bids for electrical shutdown work at its Phalaborwa Mining Division. The work includes servicing, testing, and repairing electrical equipment in both outdoor and indoor substations, as well as transformer maintenance and miscellaneous electrical jobs. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 21 May 2026, and the closing date for submissions is 02 June 2026.
Requirements
- OEM certificates required for specified KV switchgears.
- OEM certificates required for Generators (>2.5 MVA).
- OEM certificates required for Transformers (>1 MVA).
- Provide proof of 2.6.1 certificate(s) and LACA appointment.
- Provide proof of Foskor drivers licenses.
- Registration and proof of payment under COIDA required.
- Valid SARS tax clearance certificate required.
- Valid national driver’s license and Foskor authorization for mobile equipment operators.
