Description
This tender is for the supply, delivery, and installation of geyser load management technologies at the City of Cape Town’s staff housing. The project involves installing smart geyser control devices that provide live data on energy consumption. The devices will switch geysers off during peak demand and on during off-peak demand. The project includes developing mobile and desktop applications for tenants and authorized employees to control the geysers. The combined duration for the supply and installation should not exceed six months, followed by a one-year maintenance period. The closing date is 01 June 2026.
Requirements
- PSIRA registration and accreditation required for all security officers.
- Electricians and Plumbers must have appropriate trade test certificates.
- B-BBEE Status level certificate or sworn affidavit required.
