Service Provider for Equine Care for Tshwane Metro Police.

Description

The City of Tshwane is seeking a service provider for comprehensive equine care for the Tshwane Metro Police Department's horses for three months. The service site must be within the city, registered as agricultural land, and at least 20,000 square meters. The provider must comply with animal welfare laws and provide facilities including paddocks, stables, training areas, and proper care, grooming, feeding, and veterinary services for approximately fifteen horses. The closing date is 5 June 2026 at 10:00.

Requirements

• CSD registration with valid CSD number required before bidding.
• Site must be registered as agricultural holding or farmland.
• Qualified farrier registered with SAAPF.
• Veterinary Physician registered with SAVC.
• Veterinarian registered with SAVC to issue death certificates.
• Minimum one year experience managing horses (reference letters required).
• Valid Tax compliance status PIN or CSD number required before bidding.
• Company Registration Certificate required before bidding.
• Valid B-BBEE Certificate required before bidding.
