Supply and Delivery of Nitrogen Gas and Cylinder Rental

Description

This tender involves the supply and delivery of nitrogen gas, along with the rental of 10 x 11 kg nitrogen gas cylinders, for a five-year period. The service is for National Transmission Company South Africa SOC Ltd – Apollo & CS.

Requirements

• Valid ISO 9001 or equivalent QMS certificate required.
• Valid Letter of Good Standing (COIDA or equivalent) required.
• CSD registration required before bidding.
• B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required before bidding.
• Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Department of Labour, SACPCMP) required.
• Appointed supplier must be SANAS accredited for special gas or ISO 9001 certified.
• Principal contractor must notify Department of Labour of construction work.
• Principal contractor and appointed contractors must have valid Letter of Good Standing.
• Appoint a full time safety officer or construction safety officer (registered with SACPCMP).
• Principal contractor and appointed contractors must be registered with SACPCMP.
• SHE professionals must be registered with the SACPCMP.
• Construction Managers must be registered with the SACPCMP.
• Construction agents must be registered with the SACPCMP.
• Contractor’s Fall Protection Plan Developer shall hold unit 229994 Training.
